GP-ENGINE
Great Plains Extended Network of GPUs for Interactive Experimenters (GP-ENGINE) contributes to the NRP.
The GP-ENGINE project promotes the adoption of advanced computing and data resources across the Great Plains Network region, including South Dakota, Nebraska, Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. By enhancing local and national computing access, training campus professionals, and supporting diverse research needs, the project accelerates breakthroughs in areas such as protein modeling, wildfire mapping, dark matter detection, and intelligent manufacturing. It leverages GPU resources and JupyterLab notebooks to support STEM education and research in under-resourced EPSCoR states, fostering sustainable and innovative computing solutions.
More information about GP-ENGINE can be found on the GP-ENGINE Dashboard.
